Terms of Service
By using AngrezAI ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
AngrezAI provides AI-powered English speaking practice. The App is provided "as is" without warranties. AI feedback is generated by machine learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate — please use your own judgment.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your phone number and OTP secure.
- You may use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not allowed on paid tiers.
- You must be 13 or older to use the App.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App to harass, defame, or harm others
- Submit audio containing illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to overload the App
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App
- Use the App's AI outputs to train competing AI models
Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Free tier: 1 lesson/day, text feedback only. No payment required, ever.
- Premium monthly: ₹99/month. Renews automatically. Cancel anytime in Google Play subscriptions — no auto-deduction from UPI/bank without your explicit consent.
- Lifetime (early-bird): ₹499 one-time, limited to first 1,000 buyers. Valid for the lifetime of the App or 10 years, whichever is sooner.
- All prices include GST.
- Payments processed by Razorpay or Google Play Billing.
5. Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: refund available within 7 days of first charge — email support@techclick.in.
- Lifetime purchase: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
- After these windows, refunds are at our discretion (e.g., billing error, service unavailable for >7 days).
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, brand, AI prompts, and scenario content are owned by Techclick. Audio you record and feedback generated for you are yours — we use them only as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techclick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
8. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with refund of any unused paid period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
